Role routing
Admin (role_id 1) → Admin Dashboard
Driver/Staff (role_id 2) → Staff Dashboard
Volunteer Coordinator (role_id 3) → Staff Dashboard
Community Member (role_id 4) → Blocked (use normal login)
If your login works but you get “blocked by policy,” it means your account does not have the correct role in the profiles table.
